Shipping policy

At Sovern, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures and guidelines. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Please allow 3-3.5 weeks for production on all items if specified that the products bulk shipment is not yet in, unless otherwise specified. Once shipped you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow 3-5 days for you order to arrive once it is in transit.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Please note that this Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Sovern and supersedes any other shipping policies stated elsewhere.
